Management of severe/neglected clubfoot deformity using Ilizarov technique

The article details the treatment of five patients with severe clubfoot deformities using the Ilizarov technique. Following a two-month correction period and subsequent casting, all patients achieved a plantigrade foot. The study concludes that the Ilizarov method provides a superior outcome for neglected cases compared to conventional surgical interventions.
