Abstract
This community-based study analyzed immunization coverage among children aged 12–23 months in Esan Central LGA, Edo State. While 81.6% were fully immunized according to card and history, only 32.6% were confirmed by card alone. Significant predictors of immunization status included maternal/paternal education and socioeconomic status. Major barriers to vaccination were obstacles such as maternal busy schedules, vaccine unavailability, and lack of information.
