Carcinoma of the Prostate with Metastases to Both Testes: A Case Report and Review of Literature.

A rare case of advanced prostate cancer is reported in a 65-year-old male who presented with bilateral testicular metastases. The diagnosis was confirmed through histopathological analysis following total orchidectomies. This is noted as the first reported case of bilateral testicular metastasis from prostate cancer in Abuja, North-central Nigeria.
