Florid perianal warts in individual engaged in active anal sex: a case report.

A case report of a 21-year-old undergraduate female with florid perianal warts caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). The patient, who engaged in anal sex, was also found to be HIV-reactive. The report details treatment using Podophylline and the subsequent referral for HIV management, emphasizing the link between immunosuppression and the severity of HPV presentations.
